SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Our return policy last for 30 days. If 30 days exceeds from the day of purchase, we cannot provide any refund or exchange. To return the item,it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Additional non-returnable items are Gift cards and vouchers.
- To proceed with return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
- There are some instance where only partial refunds are granted.
- Any product not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Once the return item is received and checked, we will send you a notification email. We will also notify you if you are eligible for refund or not.
- If you are eligible, we will process your refund , and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

- Note that you will pay your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
