Tanache ensures that you are provided with highest quality gold and diamond standards. All the jewelry items go through a stringent quality check and is taken through a third party certification. 

In case if customer is not satisfied with your purchase or any claim for defects with the item, Tanache have an easy return policy. However we don’t accept refunds, but we offer you an option to exchange the item.

 

We accept returns on items under the following conditions:

 

 

  1. Customer claim any defects on the item.
  • The customer should call and inform the Tanache Customer Service upon 24hrs upon receiving the item.
  • Tanache team will arrange the pick-up for the item from you.
  • Once the product is received and successfully undergoes the quality check.
  • Then Tanache will change your item and send you with a new item of the same design.

 

  1. In case there is a mistake from our end (ex.*we shipped a wrong item)
  • The customer should call and inform the Tanache Customer Service upon 24hrs upon receiving the item.
  • Tanache team will arrange the pick-up for the item from you.
  • The customer has an option to exchange the item with the same design or exchange it to other item with the same price paid.

 

  1. Customer is not satisfied with the purchased item.
  • The customer should call and inform the Tanache Customer Service upon 24hrs upon receiving the item.
  • Tanache team will arrange the pick-up for the item but shipping fees for return and redeliver is to be charged to the customer.
  • The customer has an option to exchange the item with the same design or exchange it to other item with the same price paid.

 

  1. If the customer would like to change the size or color (if applicable) of the item.
  • The customer should call and inform the Tanache Customer Service upon 24hrs upon receiving the item.
  • Tanache team will arrange the pick-up for the item but shipping fees for return and redeliver is to be charged to the customer.

 

 

*Returns items should be in new condition and can only be exchange if without scratches, marks or damage, and no alteration or resizing of the item. Includes all related packaging, including gift boxes and/or certificates of authenticity, which may have been included.
